Well maybe this isn't finished? I don't really know. I like it but the skin bugs me. I feel like I didn't shade the skin very well. Are there any tips or hints anyone can give me? Also, what do you think?
i love this picture. =) its so beautiful. i love the pose, and how well you did the glasses. if you want to shade the skin more, you might want to use a light brown. especially under her neck and on her collar bone, and maybe the edge of her face. it depends on the lighting. do you have a picture for refferance?
This looks great Sylvia!! I think what might help with the skin, is darkening everything maybe a shade or two. I did a portrait in graphite and when I darkened it a shade, it was transformed. I'm not really sure if that would help with colored pencil though. Good luck! It already looks really awesome:)

ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Yes I do have a picture for refferance. You are right, I could shade the skin more. I'll try that. :)
